Our Story
Overflow Global began in 2013 as the natural progression of John and Brandi Belt’s global ministries. Since then, we have hosted dozens of events, developed a wealth of resources, launched a global network, planted multiple churches, and impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands with the reality of God’s love.

Centrality of Jesus
The exaltation of Jesus as King and the commitment to His Kingdom is above everything else.
Word & Spirit
The Bible is our standard for living and the Holy Spirit brings it to life in our own lives. You can’t have one without the other.

We must have the experiential, immersive presence of God and recognize that without Him in our midst we can do nothing.

The empowering presence of the Holy Spirit marks us as God’s people and manifests Himself through signs, wonders, and miracles.

We believe God’s power flows through His people by faith and we are empowered to build the Kingdom of God on the earth as it is in Heaven.
What We Believe
What you believe determines how you live your life. Everything from your worldview, your value system, your lifestyle, the things you do and don’t do – are all determined by what you believe to be true.
As a ministry, our convictions are formed based on what is found in the Bible.
One God As Three Persons
We believe there is One God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He is truly God and truly man.

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It was written by men, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, is authoritative, and without error.

The Divinity Of Jesus
We believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ the Son, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death for us on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father, and His personal, physical return to rule the earth in power and love.

Humanity Is Lost In Sin
We believe all people were created in the image of God to have relationship with Him, but became separated from God through sinful disobedience. As a result, people are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts and need to trust personally in Jesus Christ as Savior.

Salvation In Jesus Alone
We believe the sacrifice and death of Jesus Christ on the cross provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to anyone who chooses to turn from sin and trust personally in Jesus Christ as Savior. All need to be born anew by the Holy Spirit’s power into God’s family.

Holy Spirit In Us
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in us as believers and brings love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control into our lives. He gives us spiritual gifts which are still valid and relevant for today including speaking in tongues, prophesying, and healing among others as well as apostolic ministry, women in ministry, renewal in the Holy Spirit and worldwide revival.

Baptism By Immersion
We believe in baptism by immersion under water the same way Jesus was baptized. Once you have accepted Jesus as your Savior – water baptism is an important step as a proclamation of faith.

Communion
We believe in sharing communion together as a remembrance of what Jesus Christ did for us on the cross. The bread and grape juice are symbols of the body and blood of Jesus – which were broken and shed for our sin.

Eternal Life
We believe in the resurrection of every person; to eternal life for the believer and eternal judgment for the lost. Jesus Christ will return to Earth personally and visibly according to the promises in Scripture. His return will be for the purpose of establishing His absolute rule and authority on the earth.
