How long do internships last?
We traditionally offer two internship options. The regular Overflow Internship is offered in the fall and spring lasting four months each. The Summer Intensive is 40 days long.
How much do the internships pay?
Overflow Internships are unpaid. We require interns to have a part-time job in addition to their internship.
How many hours a week is the internship?
All internships are part-time at roughly 16 hours per week. Interns will travel out of town for two weekends during their internship.
What are the entry requirements?
The Overflow Internship is focused on developing those between the ages of 18-35 for a life of Christian leadership. An applicant must demonstrate the passion, responsibility, and character that ministry training demands. To be accepted, an applicant must:
- Be a committed Christian (for at least 6 months).
- Have a strong sense of the call of God on their life.
- A regular and active member of a local church (for at least 6 months).
- Have access to sufficient financial resources to cover accommodations and living expenses.
- Have the physical, emotional, and spiritual health required to successfully undertake ministry training.
- Graduated from high school.

Step 3: Interview — Once the application has been processed, you will be contacted to set up an interview. After the interview is complete, we will communicate the next steps.
