Prayer Music is a good way to enhance your times with the Lord. It is amazing how anointed music can lift your heart into another place with God. There is such power in melody when the Holy Spirit is upon it. Now matter what kind of prayer you are engaging in, prayer music can be just what you need to make that time flow even better. The psalmist, David, knew the power of music to take him into the Presence of God. He would spend countless hours with the Lord just playing his instrument. If you play an instrument that can be a great way to connect your heart with God, otherwise try some prayer music.

God does want us to have an unending prayer experience with Him. He wants to have continual communion with us. Paul, the apostle, told us to “pray without ceasing”. How do we do that? It is not referring to continual words, but rather continual back and forth communication between us and the Lord. God loves our interaction with Him. He wants it because we are created for that – and He loves us.

The Holy Spirit helps us to pray when we don’t know what to pray. When you use prayer music, ask the Holy Spirit to come and fill you with His Presence. The Presence of God is what we need to walk in His ways everyday. Through the Spirit we access the grace of God to be all that He has called us to be. Give God more of your time by using prayer music as a tool to create an atmosphere for His Presence.
