Your Light, Forerunners & Beautiful Israel

Everything we do in our lives should be lived openly before our family. There is nothing that should have to be hidden. Jesus delivered us from hiding through the cross. Now all that we experience in Christ is to be lived in a high place for all to see because there is nothing to be ashamed of.

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:13-16

For someone to have to hide something means that there is something that they are ashamed of that they should not be doing. On the other hand, there are those who should be ashamed of the activities that they live out in the open for all to see and encourage others to do the same.

The goodness of God draws men to repentance. When Jesus shows up when people are doing the wrong things He does not condemn them, but rather points them a different direction that they may believe and be saved.

Your Forerunner Anointing Affects Others

We must always remember that our obedience affects others. If we are disobedient or slack it will have an effect on others. Correspondingly our obedience and zeal to follow the Lord has a lasting positive effect on others. We need to always be leaders, not waiting for others to lead the way but rather pioneering ourselves into the new territory that others might benefit from the blessing of our obedience. Through one man’s obedience many were made righteous. It is high time for us all to raise a higher standard of living in the Presence of God that others might benefit from the grace being poured out upon us.

For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded,
grace did much more abound.

Romans 5:19-20

It may be the simplest things that bring a breakthrough for you and others. Never underestimate the power of the small things that we do, whether it be the simple generosity or prayer released in our lives. Decide to be a forerunner today!

See Israel Beautiful, See His Star

I had a dream recently where the Lord brought to my attention a painting that a certain lady had painted. It was abstract with a three-dimensional element to it. Once I saw the painting and said it was “beautiful” it was then that my eyes were opened to see the Star of David hidden within it. It was invisible to the naked eye unless you looked at the painting from a particular angle. It was like the two triangles that comprise the Star were separating and coming together as you looked at it. When I commented that the painting was “beautiful” then seeing the star I motioned to someone to come and look at it. He noticed and came close then found a glistening battle sword next to it saying, “Ah… this is what I’m looking for…”

There was an underlying feeling of being intimately connected with the heart of Israel in the painting and embracing the call to the sword. The sword was indicating a time to fight and stand for Israel as well as to have a heart that was fond of Israel.

It was interesting to me that as I looked at the 3 dimensional Star of David that there were these two triangles that comprised the Star. As I gave it a little study I discovered one view in that these triangles represent the tribes of Judah and Benjamin.

Star of David

Its shape is that of a hexagram, the compound of two equilateral triangles. One triangle represents the ruling tribe of Judah and the other the former ruling tribe of Benjamin.

Judah represents worship, praise, thanksgiving or celebrated. (praise)

Benjamin means son of the “right hand”, representing authority. Judah was born before Benjamin. This means praise and intimacy with God always comes before our authority is realized or established because God is always to be first and our foremost focus.

Now the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you.? I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.

Genesis 12:1-3

Israel is like a hidden treasure in the earth. Of course, Israel is seen by all and is at the center of the world’s stage, but not all see it, not all “get it”. God has been working with Israel for centuries. He continues to work with Israel because of the great history that has been established. I believe that if we see Israel the way God sees Israel, beautiful, then our eyes will be opened to see His workings in that people and land. With that we should stand with Israel and fight for them. For the promise still stands… I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you.
